Hi there! My name is Lauren True and I'm the founder of Mint Tulep, a floral design company based in Washington D.C. I started Mint Tulep in 2015 after working as a florist in Brooklyn, NY and discovering my passion for expressing my creativity through florals. Since then, we've expanded into a small team offering our services for weddings and events in Washington D.C., Virginia, New York, and Nashville.

The Mint Tulep team truly enjoys getting to know our clients through the planning process and have ended up keeping in touch with many following their event. You’ll find some of us love working a bold and unique color palette while others enjoy the soft, timeless and classic palettes. Needless to say we are diverse in our work and enjoy stepping outside the box!

Here at Mint Tulep we love love in all of it’s forms. We support and love working with the LGBTQ+ community.

  • My husband, Peter, and I just got married on June 2, 2023 in California, surrounded by our closest family, friends and of course, so many flowers!
